What it is
A living property profile for handover, maintenance, compliance records, and future transfer.
Property Passport
Preparing the property record overview.
Product overview
Property Passport is a secure digital property record that starts at builder handover and keeps value for years. It helps builders create the first owner-ready record, then gives the owner one place to manage, verify, and share selected property information when needed.
A living property profile for handover, maintenance, compliance records, and future transfer.
Builders create the first passport from the handover workflow they already need.
An owner-controlled record with permissioned share packs, not a folder dump or data resale product.
The current app already captures the first handover slice: products/items, manuals, warranties, care notes, invoices, Code Compliance information, legal/compliance documents, supporting photos/documents, maintenance guidance, and builder notes. The product direction expands that into a property timeline and shareable packs over time.

Share packs
Property manager, tenant, tradie, sale, and insurance views chosen by the owner.
Start with the build, reuse checklist items that repeat on most jobs, upload/structure documents, then review the owner-facing record before handover.
Builder creates a property/project workspace for one home.
Builder applies saved reusable templates and uploads specs, manuals, warranties, invoices, photos, and required documents.
AI helps structure the information, but the builder reviews what becomes owner-facing.
Owner receives the first property passport and can maintain it over time.
Owner later shares selected packs with a property manager, tenant, tradie, buyer, solicitor, agent, or insurer.
Owners often hand managers a messy mix of PDFs, photos, manuals, warranties, compliance notes, access details, and known issues. Property Passport can become the structured onboarding pack: the owner selects what to share, the manager accepts it into their workspace, and access can be changed or revoked.
It does not sell property information.
It does not replace builder judgement or professional advice.
It does not guarantee legal compliance.
It does not try to be a full property management system first.
It does not publish raw internal output, private project events, old invite links, or unreviewed internals to owners or shared recipients.
Handover admin is the natural moment to create the property’s first structured record. From there, the same record can help with maintenance, Healthy Homes documentation, manager onboarding, tenant instructions, insurance questions, and future sale preparation.
