The first wedge is simple: builders pay once to create the initial property passport at handover. Owners keep a basic record, and future revenue can come from sharing packs, manager transfer, reminders, compliance layers, and sale packs.

This first slice is public copy and product framing. Existing backend credit helpers may still use project-credit naming internally, but customer-facing wording should move toward creating a property passport.

Templates are not passports

Builders can create reusable templates for standard house items, or turn an existing checklist into a template. That does not consume a credit because it is not a real owner property passport.

Copying a real property/project is different: it creates another property passport and must be explicitly confirmed because it uses 1 credit.

Later monetisation should follow the passport lifecycle

Owner paid upgrades: reminders, sharing packs, sale pack generation, extra AI extraction.

Property manager plans: per-property or agency pricing for passport/compliance onboarding.

Sale pack fee: generate a clean pack for an agent, buyer, or solicitor later.
